In-Mold Label Packaging (IML)
We are a primary supplier of IML food packaging trays and containers in North America. In-mold labeling (IML) is a process where a preprinted PP label is placed in a mold. This mold has the same shape of your tray or container. Next, molten PP is added to the mold. It fuses with the label, and while curing, takes the shape of the mold. The result is that the label and the tray or container become one.
We have a variety of stock tray shapes and designs available, however we specialize in custom IML trays and containers. We offer both injection molded IML trays and containers as well as thermoformed IML trays and containers. Please contact your sales rep today for a quote on your IML food packaging.
